• goal orientated person, short long time goal, keeps me consistent and confident know the future have certain constants
• 5 year plan, first stage, understanding the mechanism over how coporation works to deliver product, understanding what I need to do as an software engineers, gaining bird sight view of the career, expand horizon
• second stage, in industry, not one breath, depth is also very important. I will expand my knowledge and expertise in one part of corporations function, ensure that I am irreplacible in this competitive industry, to tackle down difficult tasks
• third stage, To be a successful engineer, technical skill are only part of it, the other part is ability to collaborate and lead. I will trying to participate in collaboration in cross functional teams, exercise my leadership in project.
