Tell me about a time you met a tight deadline
?
Situation - At my previous company, my team was working on a project with strict and unrealistic deadline.
Task - I was assign various tickets, which are mostly frontend components. And my task was to completes these task in their allocated time frame.
Action - To address this situation, I created a project schedule base on each components' deadline. Also, I confirmed with our team timetable, included all meeting inside my personal calendar, to ensure efficiently communication of requirements between team members. Then, I constructs a todo list based on task priorities, to ensure they are carried out efficiently.
Result - Thanks to the collaboration and our careful time management, the tasks were delivered on time.
Reflection - While meeting the project deadline was challenging, but it taught me the importance of breaking down task into achievable milestone and communicate effectively with the team. I learnt that with a positive mindset and hard work, such deadline is achievable.
