Share the biggest risk you've ever taken
?

• During last intership, our front end team was assign to complete a static webpage for consultation services
• Other team member decided to use React to develop
• However, since the deadline for this project is 1 week, I gathered the meeting, and pitched the idea to use frameworks of wordpress and elementor to shorten the development cycle, to deliver the product on time
• Such action is risky, since half of the team member haven't had any project experience with the tools I suggest, however the learning curve for these frameworks are not steep
• I convinced my team and manager to use my approach, and was able to deliver the website on time
• Taking calculated risk are important, but must evaluate the consequence in the scope of the question trying to solve, weigh out the potential benefit and drawbacks.
