Discuss a time when you went above and beyond in a project
?

• During last intership, the interns is required to understand the tech stack used by the firm and code base quickly with limited help from the manager, and very brief documentations.
• During this time, another intern was struggling to understand the code base
• I took on extra responsibilities to help them out after I grasp the basic understanding of the code base, even though it wasn’t technically part of my job description.
• I spent extra time working with them to identify the bottleneck and proportion of code that he does'n understand, explained to him the technical detail and what the code actually facilitates.
• In the end, we were able to understand and my coworker was very grateful for my help.
• Learnt in importance of collaboration, where gathering of expertise and perspective and increase our efficiency in solve tasks and issues.
